ضوابط تحويلات الطلاب من أول يوليو وحتى منتصف اغسطس
١- ( ٤) استمارات تحويل تأخذ موافقة المدرستين
٢- ( ٢ ) صورة بطاقة تحقيق الشخصية للأب والتأكد منه
3 — أو توكيل خاص من الأب لأي شخص بنقل الأبناء موثق من الشهر العقاري + صورة منه.
4 – أو قرار ولاية تعليمية للأم على أبنائها أو توكيل للأم من الأب + صورة منهما.
٥- إقرار تحويل على القائم بالتحويل +صورة منه .
ثانيا :
1 — تقوم المدرسة المحول إليها الطالب بتجميع طلبات التحويل وعمل كشف مجمع بها من أصل وصورة مرتب تنازليا حسب السن من الاكبر الى الاصغر وتحدد كل مدرسة عدد الطلاب المتاح تحويلهم حسب الكثافات المقررة
وإرسال الكشوف موقعة ومختومةمن المدرسة واستمارات التحويل الى ادارة المدارس الرسمية والمتميزة للغات بالمديرية لاعتمادها ثم استلامها فيما بعد.
2 – يرفق مع كل طلب تحويل صورة من استمارة التحويل وصورة بطاقة تحقيق الشخصية للأب أو صورة من
التوكيل الخاص أو من قرار الولاية التعليمية للقائمين بالتحويل وصورة من إقرار التحويل.
3 — ملحوظة هـــــــــــــــــــــامة :
القائم بالتحويل الأب فقط أو توكيل خاص منه لأي شخص
بنقل الأبناء موثق من الشهر العقاري أو الأم التي لديها
قرار ولاية تعليمية على أبنائها أو معها توكيل من الأب.

Secondly :
1 – The school the student is referred to collects the transfer requests and makes a combined statement of original and descending order according to the age from the oldest to the youngest and each school determines the number of students available for transfer according to the prescribed densities
And send the signed and sealed statements from the school and transfer forms to the administration of official and distinguished schools of languages in the directorate for approval and receipt.
